About Grading1

Grading1 is an all in-house creative production company founded by director Shriejan Paudel and cinematographers Jan Koks and Yavuz Selim Isler.

Combining directing and cinematography into one workflow, the team develops projects entirely in-house, from concept to final image. With a strong foundation in visual storytelling, Grading1 creates cinematic work that is both visually refined and emotionally resonant.

Our Team

Shriejan Paudel

director

Started as an actor, Shriejan wants to tell stories for everyone, no matter the background. As a director he tells stories mostly about social matters. In Grading1 his role is to be the creative partner with clients and the team.

Yavuz Selim Isler

cinematographer

Yavuz knew from a young age that he wanted to shoot big movies. He has shot a variety of films and series in Turkey, East Africa, Dubai and the United States. His responsibilities in Grading1 are camera and post-production work.

Jan Koks

cinematographer

Coming from a documentary background, Jan developed his visual style that is a combination of stylized visuals, and a realistic look. Within Grading1, Jan focuses on camerawork and the productional work of our projects.
